The staff provided outstanding assistance during my stay.
During my stay in a Deluxe Double Room, I felt disappointed by the aging condition of the shower, which sprayed water ineffectively, making it quite frustrating to use. navigating the stairs with my luggage was a challenge, and while I received help upon arrival, there was no assistance during checkout. It left me with a sense of inconvenience that overshadowed my experience.

Exceptional Staff and Clean Rooms
During my stay, I was really impressed with the outstanding service from the staff, especially Chuyen, who helped me find local tourist attractions. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. It was also great to be just a few minutes away from Hanoi Railway Station, which made my travels so convenient. I did find the check-in policy a bit inconvenient since I had to wait for two hours despite the room being ready.
